Initial Scoping & Project Review
Submit your preliminary project information, such as proposed layouts, existing structural drawings, or equipment cutsheets. Our engineers review the materials to understand your site constraints, AHJ requirements, and the specific engineering deliverables needed.
Formal Proposal & Agreement
We do not begin work off a blind form submission. We discuss the project with you and issue a formal engineering proposal outlining a clear scope of work, timeline, and professional fees. Engineering commences upon contract execution.
Analysis & Engineering Design
Our team performs the necessary structural load modeling, member capacity checks, and foundation or anchorage designs. We collaborate directly with your project team to address any missing field data or coordinate necessary structural upgrades.
Deliverables & Ongoing Support
You receive comprehensive, PE/SE-stamped structural packages. We remain engaged post-delivery to provide AHJ plan-check resolutions, submittal reviews, and construction RFI support until the project is closed out.
